3. How long does it take for the package to arrive after I place my order?
All orders will ship within 24 to 72 working hours. (Saturday and Sunday are excluded). After your item is shipped, please allow us for another 3 – 10 working days for delivery to metro areas. It usually takes 2 – 3 extra working days to deliver to remote areas.
4. Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Yes. A tracking number will be provided as soon as the order is shipped.
5. Can I order by phone?
Unfortunately, we do not. All the final order need to go through our website and finish payment by our secure checkout payment gateway.
6. Where does Roaringtrader.com currently ship to?
We currently only ship products to Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Jersey, Latvia, Lithuania, New Zealand, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden and the United Kingdom (excluding any surrounding Islands of the above countries). Please note that our courier partners will charge additional shipping cost for shipping to remote areas. If you have any special request, please feel free to contact our customer service.
7. What is Remote Area? How do I know that if my address is defined as a remote area?
There is an additional shipping cost on orders charged by our courier partners for deliveries to remote areas. The additional cost will be added as a shipping surcharge in your checkout amount. You can visit our Shipping page to check if your delivery address is regarded as a remote area.
8. Do you offer warranty on your product(s)?
We offer product warranty on selected categories and the length of warranty will depend on the product category. Please refer to our warranty section for a more details on what is covered and how long they are covered for.
